Holds at least 15 ml of period flow or light leaks / 2-3 tampons worth.

• GOTs certified Organic Cotton. Organic meaning the cotton was grown without chemical pesticides, chemical fertiliser and GM seeds.
• Machine wash at 40° and line dry. Rinse after use. Quicker drying.
